Hotel Don Pepe - Adults Only - El Arenal (Mallorca)

Excellent hotel with its great wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find a jewel I lost during my first stay. Highly recommend visiting the bar for a refreshing drink. I'm coming back for Christmas!

hotel is close to beach, but not too close to get the street noice by the beach, quite quiet, so I could get enough sleep even in such busy centre.

The hotel was very new and everything was very elegant. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The room was small but it was enough.

Sound isolation was not good, sounds of door-shutting of other guests and voices of other guests coming from air shaft was disturbing.

The shower was broken, and the air conditioning saved us on hot nights.

Nice interior, and close to the beach. No sound from the neighbours.

Price is a bit too big.

Quiet location. Very poor and expensive (comparing to the internet cafe down the street) internet access from a pc. Free wireless instead. Clean and simple.

I had a view to an abandoned swimming pool.

I loved the hotel, it was reasonably large and clean, location was good in quiet area. My room was good looking with terrace, had safe for safety measures. This was my really really nice stay for 3 night...

The breakfast available was good with highly repetitive, sausages plus salami.

Good air conditioning provided much-needed relief during the hot summer nights. The hotel is conveniently located near lively night spots.

The beds are uncomfortable, consisting of two single beds pushed together with thin pillows that offer no support. Noise levels are disruptive due to rowdy guests returning from clubs, along with thumping music at all hours. The cleanliness of some rooms was questionable upon check-in, with dirty sheets and towels, and several plumbing issues including toilets that don't flush properly and showers that malfunction. The lack of communication regarding services, such as parking availability, added to the irritation of the stay.

Hotel is new and the rooms are clean. wifi is free of charge. hotel is close to the night life of El Arenal.

my room had a window and balcony but they were looking at the interior of the building so there is no way to get sunshine in. wifi was slow and only works in the lobby. beach close the hotel is not so good.

I liked everything. It was newly refurbished, very designed. The staff very friendly and helpful. Very good price for such a good rooms. No other expenses for air conditioning or luggage room. :) We were satisfied.

They could have cheaper breakfast, but otherwise nothing. Close was supermarket so we could always buy something there.

Had a balcony which helped dry beach items. Nice mini fridge. Staff at the front desk were super helpful, fixed our power issue instantly. Easy bus ride to Palma, close to restaurants along the water.

Cheap, but new and tidy.

No fridge or kettle, even in a more expensive room.
